KIDS YOGA
The Rainbow Kids Yoga program is magical, filled with journey's filled with poses, colour, music, stories, relaxation, creating and building friendships. Some of our themes include Under the Sea, Space, Down by the River, Disco, Star Wars, Ahoy there me hearties, Olympics, Mandalas, Bollywood, What makes us Happy?, Teddy Bear's Picnic, Recycling, A Visit to India/Africa/ Italy, Around the World, Down at the Beach, On the Farm, Alphabet & Numbers, Circus, Relaxation, PEACE starts with me & Obstacle Course.
