A weekend dedicated to connecting to and nurturing your whole self, whilst receiving and enjoying the beauty of Kinglake.

Located only 75 minutes from Frankston and Melbourne CBD and 45 minutes from Ringwood.

This is an immersive retreat experience shared with like-hearted people and weaves together nature connection, meditation practices, Yoga, embodied movement, energy healing modalities and nourishing food, with our own private use of the grounds and accommodation.

Healing comes from connecting to all parts of ourselves and this retreat offers you the guidance, practices and environment to feel supported and witnessed on your journey to wholeness and harmony, as we gently unwind the tension held by the nervous system, body, heart and energetic field.

Aligned to the winter energies to go within, to rest and restore. This retreat is cultivated from the Heart.

• Time allocated for shared classes and practices, your own leisure time, and social gathering
• The retreat program activities are optional and you are encouraged to make the weekend yours by design

The practices

Practices, gatherings and classes offer connection, transformation and healing

• Opening and closing circles to connect and share
• Sound meditation with crystal bowls, earth chime and sound bells to deepen relaxation
• Outdoor fire gathering and journal ritual to be shared and witnessed by the group
• Yoga flow classes focused on breath and movement for embodiment
• Spinal Energetics group healing to unwind tension of the nervous system and body
• Restorative meditative yoga class with gentle long holds in supported postures to stretch and release through the body
• The use of essential oils and their aromatherapy healing
• Guided meditations and breath practices for self connection and healing
• Plus, a workshop with a guest facilitator for wellness and healing (for example; an activity of embodied dance or breathwork or sound healing). Workshop TBC closer to the retreat.

Kinglake is located on the top of the Great Dividing Range and is surrounded by National Park.

The retreat is held at Karma Kinglake which is an easy walk into Kinglake township and a short drive from the National Park, St Andrews Market and two beautiful waterfalls.

The entire venue will be for retreat guests only and is absolutely beautiful in winter with individual and shared fire places, teas and comfortable spaces.

For your self-contained accommodation choose between a twin bedroom (two single beds, book a friend) or an individual bedroom (with double bed) within a 2 bedroom cottage, an individual bedroom within a suite or your own studio. Cottages and the suites share a living area with fire place.

Arrive Friday 1st August  

Arrive at your own leisure anytime from 2pm with opening circle & practices from 6.15pm

Close Sunday 3rd August

We will close the retreat by 2pm
