Join the fun with our Bushcare Team and help put 1,500 native seedlings in the ground to expand habitat for koalas and other local wildlife.
Council's Koala Conservation Team will join the planting to share simple actions we can all take to help koalas on Redlands Coast.
We supply: Plants, tools, sunscreen, insect repellent, gardening gloves and a sausage sizzle!
What to bring: Enclosed shoes, sun protection and drinking water.
Where: Across from the Victoria Point Fodder Farm, Link Road, Victoria Point.
Parking: Street parking available on Link Road.
Note: Toilet facilities will be available.

Frequently asked questions
If you would like to make a booking for more than five people, you are required to please email bushcare@redland.qld.gov.au with your request. Please note that this email address is not attended to outside of business hours Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm.
You can cancel your registration by logging into your Eventbrite account and manage your booking. However, you must have an account prior to making the booking you wish to manage. We recommend that you sign up for a free Eventbrite account to manage any future bookings.
If you do not have an Eventbrite account, you can simply email bushcare@redland.qld.gov.au during business hours of Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.
Please allow at least 24-48 hours’ notice to allow others the opportunity to attend, or to provide us the opportunity to reschedule event due to low registration numbers etc. We know things can change but if you’re aware you can’t attend, we would appreciate as much notice as possible.
A confirmation email is automatically sent to you within 5 minutes of your booking. If it’s not in your inbox, please refer to your junk or spam folder. If it is not there, you can contact us at bushcare@redland.qld.gov.au to check if you have registered with the correct email address.
No need! The PDF attached to your confirmation email is a summary of all the important information that you need to know about your event. You do not need to print this document or the confirmation email. When you arrive at the event, a staff member will greet you and register you on the day.
