Kundalini yoga is a safe, dynamic yogic science practice combining movement, meditation, mantra, and breathwork. With over 8,000 sets, each class works on different parts of the body and energy field (requests welcome).
What to expect:
- Energising kriyas (yoga sets) to recalibrate your energy
- Breathwork to cleanse and balance your mind and body
- Meditation for inner peace and clarity
- Mantras to elevate your consciousness and use your unique voice for self-healing
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, everyone is welcome to experience the profound benefits of Kundalini Yoga. My classes are all-inclusive for every kind of learner, and I have some participants use a chair for greater comfort.
Bring a yoga mat and a cushion if you need one. There is ample free parking to the right of the community centre.
Join me for a weekly journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment. It's $11 for your first class, then $16.50 after that. Senior and students $11 every class. Cash payable on door.

As we are at a community centre, everything you need to get comfy. I recommend a yoga mat or towel, plus cushion if you prefer to have your hips elevated. And water, of course.
Absolutely, in fact many people do! You're also welcome to bring a friend, your partner, and your children (provided they are comfortable and able to be relatively quiet).
Yes! Students receive every class for $11.

Yes! One of the benefits of Kundalini Yoga is that it's usually fast-paced (many moves are 3 minutes), but also that you're doing more than one thing. I have ADHD and it's perfect for my active brain. I also encourage fidgeting, moving around, lean against the wall, and use of chair. YOU DO YOU!

Nope! It's not like most other forms of yoga and everything can be adapted.

100% informal. My aim is to allow everyone to feel welcome to show up as themselves - I do! My goal is for us to have fun as we're shifting our energy. I'm told my classes are approachable for people who have not felt comfortable at more full-on studios. Come and check it out and see for yourself.
Yes! The first Monday of every month is prosperity focused. Every exercise is designed to help attract more abundance. I love the texts I receive that week full of good news, including surprise cash, extra work, new clients, payrises, and discounts.
