Kundalini Yoga focuses on awakening the kundalini energy that lies dormant at the base of the spine.


In this class, you will engage in powerful Kriyas (sequences of postures and breathwork techniques) designed to stimulate the energetic and physical bodies and promote deep self-awareness.


Following the physical Kriyas of Kundalini Yoga, you will transition into a restorative sound bath experience. Creating a nest of tranquility, where the gentle resonance of crystal bowls will elevate your energetic experience.


The sound bath amplifies the benefits gained from the yoga practice, creating a harmonious environment for deep relaxation and introspection.


If you have never experienced sound baths before the vibrations produced by the crystal bowls resonate with our bodily frequencies, helping to:


✨Reduce Stress and Anxiety ~ The calming sounds promote deep relaxation, lowering cortisol levels and creating a sense of peace
