About this event
We invite you to experience a 90 minute Cosmic Breathwork class with Blue Lotus Tea and Sound Healing.
What is Himalayan Cosmic Breathwork?
Our breath is a vehicle that can be used to tap into something larger than us - into the divine, cosmic consciousness, the universe. This breathwork is designed to circulate your life force and have the profound, direct experience of your cosmic self.
This techniques come from the Himalayan Paramahansa Yogananda lineage dating back at least 5,000 years. Yoga, or more specifically, Pranayama, is the source of all breathwork and contains powerful techniques that have been lost in most modern breathwork approaches.
This technique involves conscious, circular rhythmic breathing, subtle body movements, bandas (breath holds with contraction) done in a specific way to allow your consciousness to bridge between physical and subtle realms. In the breatholds, you will immerse yourself in pure awareness and deep meditative silence.
If you've never experienced Cosmic Breathwork, you're in for an absolute treat! Most participants report astral travel or out of body experiences and the feeling of being one with the universe. This breathwork is not focused on trauma release and it's gentle and easy on the body. Each round takes you higher and higher until you feel your ego dissolving and merging into 'Sat-Chit-Ananda' - truth, consciousness and bliss.
What is Kundalini?
You may experience a Kundalini rising from this technique. Kundalini is our dormant life force energy in the base of our spine. Knowledge of this energy dates back at least 5,000 years and has been explored by mystics in all religions and cultures. Once awakened, it leads to accelerated evolution.
What does Kundalini feel like?
You may experience spontaneous shaking, heat, visuals, emotional releases, bliss states, and more. Each person's experience is unique and deepens with consistent practice.
What is Blue Lotus Tea?
An ancient plant medicine revered by the Egyptians for its subtly euphoric and psychoactive effects, Blue Lotus is said to support astral travel, lucid dreaming and deepen connection to nature.
What is Sound Healing?
Sound healing uses vibrational frequencies to restore balance and harmony in the body, mind, and spirit. I will use live instruments with deep vibrations such as singing bowls, gongs, and shamanic singing to to promote deep relaxation, soothe the nervous system, and invite a profound sense of peace.
