Join us for the screening of Colombian Film, 'Un Madrew', as part of the Latin American Film Festival 2024 at the University of Melbourne.

The Colombian film screening will take place in the Singapore Theatre, Glyn Davies Building, Parkville Campus, University Melbourne, from 12 - 2 pm on Sunday, 20 October.

About the film:

After the death of his father, Alejandro decides to rescue his mother. She is committed to a rural asylum and he believes she was unjustly confined. Now, together with that beautiful woman, Alejandro undertakes a long and exhausting journey; The two of them - together and individually - will be emotionally and physically challenged as they cross the inhospitable mountains of Antioquia, Colombia, on a journey of love and madness.
