About this event

The City of Canterbury Bankstown (Council) will soon welcome Expression of Interest (EOI) applications from food-based vendors and businesses who would like to operate a stall at Lakemba Nights during Ramadan 2025. Council encourages applications from potential stallholders that will add to the authenticity, diversity, vibrancy and safety of the event.

Council will conduct three compulsory Stallholder Application Briefing sessions, to be held at Lakemba Senior Citizen's Centre, on December 3, 5 and 11 2024, from 6-7.30pm. EOI applicants must attend one of the three sessions.

This is to ensure all vendors and businesses wanting to submit an Expression of Interest application for Lakemba Nights 2025 can understand changes to the event model, stallholder operations and fee structure.

The Stallholder Application Briefing is a mandatory information session and must be attended by the person whose name is on the EOI application (the EOI applicant). EOI applications will not be accepted from applicants who have not attended. Attendees will be required to sign in to briefings to confirm their attendance.

A link to the EOI form will be provided to those who attend the briefing.
