Are you too busy leading your team to work on your own leadership practice?

Kathryn Foster, Organisational Psychologist and our Head of People and Culture, leads our approach to deliver content which is evidenced based but practical, and which leaders can apply straight away to improve their leadership.

About the course

Designed for those who are new to leadership, or are keen to develop some of the core skills you need to be effective in these kinds of roles. You’ll have the chance to explore your preferred leadership style, and to broaden your own practice. Covering key models and frameworks for excellent leadership, as well as practical strategies and tips to best support your people, and drive their performance.


The course runs over four 90 minute sessions, over a six week time period to ensure time for reflection and practice between sessions.

  • August 19, 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm AEST

  • We will cover leadership models you can easily apply to your practice, managing your own and others wellbeing, effective coaching, setting and maintaining boundaries, difficult conversations, goal setting and more.
  • Course availability is limited to maximise attendees’ learning outcomes.

Can I book a group ticket?

No, only individual tickets are available for this course so we can ensure very hands on teaching and development. You can, however, book a group course for five or more participants! Email info@portable.com.au for more details.

I can't attend all four sessions. Is there another option?

Maybe! Reach out to info@portable.com.au and we can try to accomodate your scheduling needs. It is essential that all four sessions are attended in order to get the most out of the class.
