Who are great leaders?
Great leaders consistently demonstrate our ‘Leadership Behaviours’ which contribute to creating a vibrant culture where our people thrive. They are included, connected, engaged, and well. They perform at their best and develop long-term careers with us.
The Leadership Lounge will explore SEI’s Leadership Behaviours and their impact on our roles as leaders and managers. This series is designed to explore each behaviour, foster networking, create space for informal leadership discussions, share experiences, and an opportunity for group peer mentoring.
What to expect:
- Who is attending? All people managers are invited to attend. Attendance is encouraged, and optional.
- What will take place? A 90-minute networking and group mentoring session focused on Leadership Behaviours.
- When will sessions occur? Sessions will run every two months throughout 2025.
Where do sessions occur? Primarily virtual, with in-person on campus as part of a roadshow throughout 2025
Leaders are encouraged to attend the in-person session on their local campus. Morning tea will be provided. Virtual attendance will always be available on a national level. Some US leaders may also attend the virtual experience.
