Before starting our workshop, we invite participants to say a little about themselves and what they hope to get out of the day. We will then address each student’s personalised learning goals in order to tailor this programme so that they all leave with a greater understanding of the issues on the agenda.

Introduction
This session explores the fundamental skills of leadership, what makes a leader, and how to become a better leader.
Inspiring and Motivating the Team
Good leadership is much more than technical know-how: the best leaders really learn how to inspire those who work for them. This session will give you pointers about how to do this, including a few choice phrases you can use to energise your team. You will also learn some useful tips about feedback and rewards, and how to make the most of them to motivate. Get ready to become more motivational!
Team Leadership
Working in a team is a prerequisite for every company. In this session, I want to show the different kinds of teams we can create and to diver into the characteristics of those teams and why some collaborations work best than others. Gaining some helpful insights about how to determine the perfect team for your workflow and also how important is to step into your role as a leader to reach your goals.
Module Four
In this session, we will see that emotional intelligence is critical for creating the most successful teams and organisations; we have a look at how to use it as a tool for motivating people in their work, and achieving positive results.
Listening and Body Language
A good leader, however, also makes sure to speak to be heard, and to listen as well. This session will discuss the subtleties of learning how to listen well, and how to get across the right body language, too – which, of course, is the secret to being a successful leader.
Time Management
Being a good leader requires staying on top of your time-keeping, so this session will offer the best ways to use your real estate: your time outside of work, your time at work and your meetings. What better way to improve relations with coworkers than pointing out when they are wasting your time?
Meetings
Learn how to make every meeting work! Get essential information about choosing the right participants, creating presentations that fit your purpose, encouraging members to talk and assess the results. Get your meetings into shape with these great tips!
Coaching
Coaching investments can help businesses to cut wastage in resources and boost productivity and morale, while also fostering better leadership capabilities across teams.
