Facilitators
Michelle De Souza
Michelle De Souza was an Army Intelligence Officer with over 15 years experience leading small, medium and large teams. She was the Army Intelligence Senior Instructor at the Defence School of Intelligence and has extensive leadership and management experiences in a variety of fields within an Army and Joint environment. Upon leaving the military, Michelle was an Executive Manager for Aldi Food Stores in South East Queensland where she was required to lead complex and diverse teams. As the Associate Director Learning and Development at Protegas, Michelle leads a team of instructors and facilitators to deliver intelligence training solutions across a wide number of sectors.
Bon Dimer
Bon is a highly capable leader and manager with a proven history of achieving mission outcomes across Defence and Intelligence domains. He is a National Security professional with experience in intelligence operations and complex case management. He has experience in operations planning, risk management, engineering change management, tender evaluation, contract management and consulting. Bon is an MBA and engineering graduate adept at identifying organisational challenges, then developing and implementing robust solutions. Bon has an innate sense of curiosity and desire to solve complex problems
