About this event

Principals and aspiring school leaders… Forget compliance checklists and policy-heavy behaviour management plans that don’t work.

This practical, no-nonsense workshop will give school leaders a real strategy for transforming student behaviour – not by cracking down, but by building a school culture where great behaviour is the norm, not the exception.

If you’re sick of endless detentions, repeated suspensions, and a staffroom full of exhausted teachers, this workshop is for you.

What you’ll learn

·Why punitive behaviour policies aren’t working – and what actually shifts school culture

·How to lead staff through mindset change – so everyone’s on the same page

·The power of consistency – and how to achieve it without a leadership mutiny

·How to stop the bad kids from running the school – without resorting to knee-jerk punishments

·The three pillars of successful whole-school behaviour transformation

·How to support struggling teachers without just giving them ‘more training’

·Strategies to handle angry parents and community pressure like a pro

You'll learn through real-world leadership strategies, case studies of successful school culture changes, and interactive discussions tailored to your school’s challenges. The focus is on practical problem-solving and honest conversations to address barriers to progress. By the end, you'll have a step-by-step roadmap for shifting your school’s behavior culture, confidence in leading long-term change, a toolkit of practical strategies, and a renewed sense of control over leadership challenges.
