Cancellation / Refund Policy

If the Symposium is cancelled by the organiser, attendees will receive a full refund, including the Eventbrite fees.

If the ATTENDEE requests a cancellation of their registration, the can receive full refunds up to 7 days before the event, less Eventbrite fees.

Registration fees will be refunded by the same method of payment used to register.

Please note that if paying via PayPal, PayPal may not refund their fees for a cancellation.

How do I register and pay?
