Learn how to encourage work colleagues to go green

The success of organisational initiatives for environmental sustainability hinges upon employees' pro environmental behaviours. Many of you have probably struggled to get your work colleagues recycling correctly, printing less paper or using a BYO cup.

Neal Ashkansay, an Emeritus Professor of Management at the UQ Business School, will discuss the factors that affect employee pro-environmental behaviour. Using this information we can design more effective behaviour change interventions within our workplaces.
