Join The Blackwood Art & Ecology Club in my garden for a hands-on workshop to learn the basics of growing Oyster mushrooms! Learn how to cultivate these delicious fungi by mixing substrate, adding grain spawn and learning how to care for your mycellium. Limited tickets for attendees to be able to take home a small bucket to grow and harvest your first batch.

I am a Blackwood based artist and I wanted to bring some of my workshop experiences to share within the beautiful setting of this special little forest hamlet town. I am interested in understanding ecology and I go in search of narratives that can help us reconsider our world as a cyclical and shared habitat. I believe that art can help us to learn, to think and to build positive future visions and so, I have created this playful program of workshops based on ecological themes to share with you.
