The Exercise Therapist's three-day holiday boot camp is designed to equip developing athletes with the techniques to lift safely, improve athletic performance, reduce injury rates, and boost immune function/ improve general health.

Hayden competes at the national level in touch rugby for Western Australia, where he has been named league MVP two years in a row. He also played high-level football for six years at East Perth Football Club. Hayden’s areas of special interest include mental health, young adults, and working with past and present athletes.
TOM NEWTON BSc, SEHDM
National rower, natural bodybuilder and high-level rugby player, Tom is passionate about fitness, especially resistance training. Tom aims to help others reach their potential and enjoy the benefits of a fit and strong body.
MILLIE McCARTHY
Millie is an experienced athlete and elite NBL1 basketball player (Perry Lakes Hawks) who has worked extensively with young aspiring athletes as a coach and mentor.
