By purchasing a ticket, you agree that Let’s Officiall can take photographs and/or video footage at the event, which can be used on the website, social media, or for any other advertising and/or promotional materials. This footage may include participants during the event. If you do not wish for your image to be in any footage or photography, you must advise Let’s Officiall prior to the commencement of the event.
Let’s Officiall holds events at venues that are independently owned and run. For any damages suffered, physical or otherwise, you agree that Let’s Officiall cannot be held responsible or liable. You agree to any venue requirements/requests such as (but not limited to) proof of age identification, responsible service of alcohol policies, dress code policies, and COVID-19 social distancing. If you have a physical disability or impairment please ensure the event venue can cater for your comfort and ease of access by contacting Let’s Officiall at least five (5) days prior to the event published date.
