As a Lifeline Crisis Support Line volunteer you will undertake accredited training that is delivered face to face and via e-learning to give you all that you will need to be an amazing volunteer with one of Australia's most recognised charities - Lifeline.
The support you receive during training is only the beginning. You will supported every step of the way including during every shift you take as a phone volunteer.
