Bonnie Kay and the Sweet Patooties are a 5-piece band of ladies playing sassy, bawdy blues and jazz from the 1920’s and 30’s and beyond plus some original music too. They will bring the fun with 4-part harmonies, horn lines, dynamite soloists and a red-hot rhythm section: It swings, it drives, it jives, it will knock your socks off!

Innerwest born dynamic all female trio : Reiko Azuma on ukulele and vocals, Cathrine Golden on Double Bass, Diane Lenham on Clarinet, playfully and skilfully recreates the atmosphere of a sepia coloured bohemian bar located in the back alleys of Tokyo in Showa Era.

Their diverse genres of music such as fun jazz swing, heart wrenching ballads, moody blues, breezy bossa, Japanese retro and roots, creates colourful and eclectic blend. You will surely be intoxicated by their whimsical charm, creative depth and their unique interpretation of those forgotten songs.

GETTING THERE | The Polish Club Ashfield is located 182 Liverpool Road, Ashfield. Pedestrian access is only available from Liverpool Road

TRAIN| We are conveniently only a 5 minute walk from Ashfield Train Station. Take the Brown Street Exit from the train station, and continue up Browns Street until you reach Liverpool Road. Cross the road and continue left. The destination will be on your right.

PARKING | We are delighted to welcome our guests to park their vehicles in our underground carpark. The entrance is located via 73 Norton Street. You can easily enter the club from the carpark using the lift. Alternatively, there is always plenty of street parking in the surrounding area with access to the club via the front entrance on 182 Liverpool Road.

CHECK-IN | Ensure to arrive 15 minutes prior to the event to be able to check-in at reception. Members can easily scan their members card, and guests can either scan their drivers license or become an associate member for $2. Allow 5 minutes to become a member.

DINNER AT STO LAT | Pair this event with a dinner (5:00pm – 9:00pm) reservation at Sto Lat Restaurant. Bookings highly recommended to avoid wait time on the day.
