VCAT has gone through significant changes in the last few years so we have created a brand-new session which will run across various locations in 2024. This session will assist Property Managers to have a more thorough understanding of VCAT and the way it works in today’s Property Management climate. Property Managers do need to have extensive knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, the Regulations and VCAT to effectively manage their properties. This session will give you the education and information to be across the changes and how this has affected VCAT determinations & outcomes.
