Most organisations are still just dipping their toe into psychosocial safety. A risk assessment survey here, a training program there.

However, this scatter gun approach is unlikely to achieve any real benefit in relation to worker mental health outcomes or improvements in business performance.

So what then, are the key things every organisation needs to have in place for a psychosocial safety program to be sustainable and effective?

Join us on this all-new webinar where we get very specific about what each of these fundamental pillars of an effective psychosocial safety program should look like:

  • Board and exec reporting (governance)
  • Operational ownership of psychosocial risk
  • Thresholds to set within psychosocial safety process
  • Ownership of psychosocial risk controls
  • Psychosocial safety learning objectives

Who should attend?

This workshop is designed specifically for people and safety professionals working in large organisations (>250-10,000+ employees) with responsibility for:

  • Occupational Health
  • Health and Safety
  • People and Culture
  • Human Resources
  • Learning and Development
  • Mental Health and Wellbeing
  • Sustainability/ESG
