Making the most of the Bush Festival

Leveraging from the Bush Festival - Increasing Revenue while maintaining customer service and standards.

The Tourism North East Industry Development Manager will present this session to focus on assisting operators to maximise their profits through the actual festival period, while there is a present and engaged customer base in attendance.
The second part of the session will focus on taking themes and ideas from the Festival, which runs over four days, and examining how these can be expanded into a 365 day per year product
