With more than 25 years of art practice, Zenadth Kes (Torres Strait) artist Alick Tipoti is respected for his work in regenerating cultural knowledge and language.

Guided by the traditional cultural practices of his people, Mariw Minaral brings together some of the finest examples of Tipoti’s unique and intricate linocut printmaking practice. The exhibition will also showcase his award-winning sculptural works, contemporary masks and film.

This is a travelling exhibition from the Australian National Maritime Museum presented as part of the 2024 Indian Ocean Craft Triennial, supported by Lotterywest.
