As the leader of Cake’s Partnerships and Community Engagement, he works with global VCs, accelerators, lawyers and startup communities to empower founders and simplify startup equity.

Cal has a deep understanding of investing, markets and financial services. His background includes leading investor relations for multinational banks and diverse leadership & CEO roles. Cal is a community leader, connector and advisor who loves working with founders one-on-one and at scale as a presenter, content creator and event facilitator.
