Join iCare Support Services and Support Navigator this September for a powerful and thought-provoking event focused on R U OK? Day and mental health in the workplace.
Brian Christensen from iCare Support Services will host the event, while James Loveday from Support Navigator will lead an eye-opening panel discussion on mental health challenges, including real-life experiences with mental health issues, drug and alcohol struggles, and suicidal ideation. The panel will dive deep into how workplaces can create supportive environments, reduce stigma, and encourage meaningful conversations about mental health.
Our panel features guest speakers who have first hand experience navigating these challenges and overcoming adversity – stories that will inspire and shed light on how we can all do better to support one another.
Admission is FREE, however you can include a donation of your choice, with all funds to be donated to R U OK?
We will also collect any cash donations on the day if you wish to bring this along.
