About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

In this Product Talk, John Cutler will join us for a facilitated Q&A session, focusing on operating models and organising for success. John will draw on his extensive experience and share approaches that are guaranteed to be practical and pragmatic so that you can apply in your context.

This talk will be held in-person only with John Cutler joining us live from California.

About our speaker

John Cutler has a background in product coaching, product management and UX research, including B2B SaaS companies Toast, Amplitude, Zendesk, Pendo, and AppFolio, and before that B2C, ad-tech, banking, and media.

An amazing byproduct of John’s work is interacting with diverse product teams and product leaders from around the world; over the course of his entire career, he’s seen and helped hundreds of product organisations.

There are few people in the world that have this kind of exposure, and in 2020, John started writing weekly posts about what he has learned from observing and talking to product people of all kinds. It is called The Beautiful Mess, and this title captures what John often focuses on untangling the “beautiful mess” of cross functional product development.

Agenda

  • 7:30 AM ― Coffees & breakfast spread served
  • 8:00 AM ― John Cutler joins us live via Zoom for Q&A
  • 9:00 AM ― Close
