Whether you bring a friend/s or fly solo, don't miss an engaging and insightful session with clinical psychologist Kirstin from All About Her - The Centre for Menopause. She'll dive into everything from peri-menopause to post-menopause, and the moments in between.

Menopause a natural, inevitable stage of a woman’s life, it's time to reframe it into a journey of empowerment. Many find it challenging! Learn a few tips and tricks for managing and coping.

Let’s come together, learn, and support each other through this time. Join us and discover how to embrace the changes with confidence and strength!

Light refreshments will be provided.
