What do I need to bring to this event?

Please bring along your own water bottle for hydration. There is no refilling stations at the studio so bring an extra bottle just in case. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your swimmers and towel for the ice bath. The studio is airconditioned ?

About this event

Event lasts 3 hours

This event will be held at the beautiful Soul Squeeze Studio which is located at Willow Vale. The studio itself is at the end of the driveway on the property. Could you all please park on the road just outside the property entrance and then enjoy a short stroll down the driveway, past the lake and up the hill to the studio and ice deck.

Please arrive at the studio 5 minutes before 11am so we can start on time and make the most of our session together.

This is a mens only event so ensure any extra tickets bought are for males only.
