DURATION: 75min-90min

STYLE: Vinyasa & Hatha, a flow and hold of poses.

Starting with warm-ups, this is an active class comprising of a continual flow of movement. There are opportunities to rest throughout the class, and holding poses. Options are provided to cater to all levels. We also incorporate some breathwork and meditation.

Limit of 20 students in the studio.

This Nude class is for all those who identify as male, irrespective of sexuality, shape, age, and experience.

You may need a mat, blankets, yoga blocks and strap if you have one. We provide all of this in the studio, but it is advised you bring your own mat and towel for hygiene reasons. If you need one, please txt me directly.
