ABOUT MICK DWYER
With an impressive career spanning over 38 years in the hairdressing industry as a business mentor and keynote speaker, including 21 years perfecting his management and leadership skills as a salon owner and manager, Mick has not only helped shaped the industry but has also innovated it with unparalleled expertise and passion.

Alongside his wife Kylie Dwyer, Mick co-founded Elite Hair Education and the award-winning Scissor Licence Program, the Pricing Your Services app, book, and online learning platform, as well as SNIPT Haircutting Tutorial app.

Currently, Mick serves as the CEO of Elite Scissors, where he continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible in hairdressing tools and techniques.
