Briony focuses on finding solutions that enable customers to protect their data, manage risks, and empower users as we transition towards more AI-based technologies.

Clare Louise, Principal Manager of Corporate Records and Information Management, ICT, Legal Aid NSW
With over 15 years of experience in various NSW Government agencies, Clare has developed a deep expertise in records and information management. She is passionate about leveraging technology to optimise and streamline these processes. Before her current role, Clare served as the Registry and Security Manager at the Law Enforcement Conduct Commission and as the Records and Data Manager, Kolling Institute NSLHD at NSW Health. Her expertise encompasses information governance, compliance, and digital transformation.

In 2024, Clare was nominated by Legal Aid NSW to attend the prestigious Towards Strategic Leadership program at the Australia and New Zealand School of Government (ANZSOG), further honing her leadership skills and strategic acumen. Additionally, Clare became a Commonwealth Authorised Marriage Celebrant in 2024, reflecting her commitment to serving the community in diverse and meaningful ways.
