MindDance For Adults

This workshop aims to exercise our brains and bodies in a creative and supportive environment. Starting in a chair, participants will work through a series of physical exercises designed to target all parts of the brain. If comfortable, participants can then choose to complete some exercises standing or moving through the space or continue to participate whilst sitting. This is an opportunity for participants to escape the stress and busyness of everyday life and take some time to reconnect with yourself.

A range of different dance styles, yoga and pilates have been incorporated into each session.

No previous dance experience required.

Aims to repattern the neurological system. Based on Anne Green Gilbert's "Braindance" and "Brain-compatible Dance Education"
