Not at all! This program is beginner-friendly, and all techniques will be explained and practiced step-by-step.

What is expected of me as a participant?

To get the most out of the program, we encourage you to attend all sessions, participate with an open mind, and practice the tools provided. Reflection exercises and techniques shared during the sessions will help deepen your experience.

What if I miss a session?

We understand life happens. If you miss a session, you’ll still benefit from the following weeks, but attending each session will give you the best results. Carol will be able to email you any meditations and a summary of what you have missed.

Is there a money-back guarantee?
