Meet at the Northern Pavillion (Next to the Rotary White chapel).
During this workshop we will discover the beautiful world of Mandala’s, helping you to slow everything down, get out of your busy mind and create with intention.
This is a beginner art therapy experience where you will embark on a journey of self-discovery and learn to use expressive art as a tool for your overall well-being, offering a sanctuary for the mind, body, and spirit.
Mandala’s have a beautiful way of showing us what we can’t usually ‘see’ providing a space for self-reflection, understanding and growth.
During this workshop we will focus on creating a self-reflection Mandala – Meeting yourself where you are at, letting go of control, perfection, comparison and allowing your mandala to flow freely.
Particpants will be encouraged to work in silence, we will have gentle relaxing music playing to help guide you inward. This event is for ages 12 and up. The mandalas are quite detailed so if you normally wear reading glasses please bring them along.
You do not need any artisitc talent to create mandalas and a full instruction booklet will be provided to help you with your design.
Tickets are free but please register to attend.
