About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

Welcome to the Mindfulness & Crafting Holiday Program!

In collaboration with Sharing Kindness and their take home 'A Box of Confidence' Affirmation Cards, Play Plus Therapy has designed the mindfulness and crafting program for children aged 5-14.

This program combines the soothing power of mindfulness, with the joy of crafting. Your child will learn ways of managing emotions, the power of positive affirmations, with body and breathwork and create opportunities for social connection, strengthen communication skills - while also having lots of fun!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Mindful Moments: Your child will learn about the power of positive affirmations with their 'take home' Sharing Kindness 'A Box of Confidence Affirmation Cards', along with making their own pinwheel to use with breathing exercises, gentle movement, and guided relaxation to build calm and focus.

  • Creative Crafts: From nature-inspired craft to bead bracelet making, each activity promotes self-expression and mindfulness.

  • Social Connection: Safe, small groups (no more than 8 per session) allow children to make friends while building confidence and resilience.

Spaces are limited to keep groups small. Reserve your child’s spot today for a holiday experience that nurtures both mind and creativity!
