This breathwork class will combine ancient breathing techniques with modern mindfulness practices creating a safe space for you to explore the profound effects of conscious breathing. through intentional breathwork and sound healing, you will release tension, invite deep relaxation and tap into a heightened sense of awareness.Make sure to bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow is optional ❤️🌈
