About this event

Every month we meet to plan and review activities and events to promote awareness of mental health and also to empower our communty to reduce the stigma around suicide.

There is also 1-day FREE training to inform people about suicide prevention and how they can play a role, as well as resilience training to build up communities and people.

We collaborate with other community services organisations, and new volunteers are always welcome to support us.

There is also the option of attending on MS Teams - the link is the same for each meeting
