Ability Dance classes at the Person Advocacy Catholic Archdioses are on Thursdays from 10.30 am - 11.30 am. Dance is self-expression. Our Ability Dance Perth classes encourage our dancers to express themselves to music in a fun and supportive environment.
The Ballroom Fit friendly coaches cater to various physical, learning and cognitive disabilities. We can adapt classes to each individual’s needs, always looking to ensure everyone is stimulated and engaged throughout the sessions. As well as social and confidence benefits, our dancers develop a greater awareness of their posture, balance, coordination and fine motor skills.
Ballroom Fit offer group dance classes and private lessons.
We encourage support workers and family members to participate with their clients where possible.
