About this event

How will robots shape the future? What would a robotic assistant on Mars look like? Use your creativity and a variety of recycled materials from REmida to design and build a robot from your imagination—whether it’s an explorer, helper, or innovator for a distant world.

In this hands-on school holiday workshop for kids aged 6-12, we’ll explore robots, space exploration and sustainability. Kids will have the chance to experiment with materials, gain confidence and skills with tools, and create their very own robot!

This workshop is a fantastic opportunity to learn about resourcefulness and the importance of reusing materials to make a positive environmental impact. Join us for a fun, creative, and educational experience!

ReMida is a creative reuse center that champions Reggio Emilia-inspired education, arts, and environmental initiatives across WA.

This is not a 'drop and leave' event. All people under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible parent/carer. Parents/carers are responsible for the safety and well-being of children at all times.
