About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

Join us as we celebrate and honour the journey of motherhood and the importance of mental health in mothers and families.

Maternal mental health problems are the most common serious complication of pregnancy and the postnatal period worldwide. Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week is a week-long campaign dedicated to talking about mental health problems before, during and after pregnancy.

In recognition of the importance in supporting maternal mental health and in collaboration with Luma, one of Australia's largest not-for-profit organisations specialising in healthcare to women and families, Ngala and Pregnancy to Parenthood, we invite you to join us for morning tea following our Rhymetime session.

Come along to meet and chat to service providers and access resources.

Light refreshments will be provided.
