A banquet inspired by the backstreet bazaars of Morocco, Cameron Jones will show you how to blend your own ras el hanout and use it to create dishes with that authentic Moroccan flavour. Delicious.
This is a hands-on cooking class, but also a social event. It is interactive, so you’ll have a chance to ask as many questions as you like and engage with other participants. All equipment will be provided – you just need to bring your fancy pants and your enthusiasm.
