Industry Skills Australia (ISA) is the Jobs and Skills Council for Australia’s Aviation, Maritime, Rail, Transport and Logistics industries. Established in 2023 by the Australian Government, we are charged with bringing together employers, unions and governments to find solutions to the current and emerging skills and workforce challenges.
ISA will host a series of regional roundtables across Australia to address workforce challenges in the Transport and Logistics sector. These sessions will explore skills development, workforce priorities, and solutions to recruitment and retention issues. This is an opportunity to help us identify the most critical and burning challenges affecting your region and industry and propose workforce development solutions that can address them.
Insights gathered will inform our Workforce Plans and our broader program of work.
