As a mum to a one-year-old and an artist, I've come to appreciate just how essential mental peace is, especially during pregnancy and beyond. In the whirlwind of preparations, appointments, and endless to-dos, it's easy to lose sight of something equally important: yourself. That's why I’ve created these mindful art workshops, specifically designed for mums-to-be, offering a gentle pause in your busy world.
These sessions are not just about art—they are about connection, calm, and creative expression. To give you the space to slow down, connect with others on the same journey, and embrace the special bond you already share with your little one.
While we often focus on the physical side of pregnancy, nurturing your mental peace is just as important—and these workshops offer a beautiful way to do just that. Whether you're looking to build your own supportive tribe of mums-to-be, or simply seeking a few mindful moments to reflect and recharge, these art sessions are here for you.
During each 75 minute session, we’ll explore creative journaling, a relaxing and mess-free way to express yourself—no art skills required! You'll learn the art of guided doodling that you can practice at home. All materials are provided, including a guided journal page, so you can focus purely on your experience.
This practice is designed to fit into your busy life, whether you're waiting for a doctor’s appointment, winding down before bed, or finding a quiet moment during a break. Just 10 minutes of this mindful doodling can bring you calm and focus.
Partners are welcome to join as well, making it a lovely bonding opportunity. Whether you attend one session or many, you’ll leave with a simple, powerful tool to keep you grounded both now and post-birth when mental calm is pretty much non-existent!
