About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours
Fascia, or the interstitium, is the largest organ and most important communication system of your body. Learn to trust the messages from your body, its self-correcting nature and learn tools for self-unwinding that will lead to lasting change.

When fascia is restricted, it limits the flow of fluid and diminishes cellular energy (voltage). Adding soft balls to yoga poses and moving three-dimensionally adds pressure to the neural-fascial web, which facilitates unwinding and relieves pain by moving any backlog of fluid pressing on nerve endings.

Sound Therapy increases cellular energy production and may help the body heal itself by promoting relaxation and homeostasis. Sound waves have the capacity to clear blockages and restore flow in the channels of the body's subtle energy system.
