HERE'S HOW YOUR EXPERIENCE WILL GO:

8.45am - Arrive at TFit training studio and settle in

9am – Introductions and expectations

9.15am – Opening interactive lecture about myofascial tissues – what are myofascial tissues, how do they function, how do we move myofascially, how does this integrate with current understanding, how do we get the best from our tissues

10am – Mobility master class – practical mobility session learning myofascial mobility exercises for the various myofascial continuities, principles of myofascial mobility and coaching points.

11am – Break

11.15am – Training master class – practical session using load where appropriate to feel the difference between traditional and myofascial training, and just how good you can feel doing resistance training

12.00pm – Recovery master class – ease out those tissues with foam rolling and personal hands on techniques to boost recovery

12.45pm – Break

1pm – Emotions and performance – learn the links between emotions and your motion! Let mindset coach and mentor JP, show you how to avoid destroying all your hard work, but better still, enhancing your results!
