Need help accessing aged care services? We’re here for you.

Umbrella Inc. is launching a free, monthly Drop-in Session for community members who are unsure where to start when it comes to aged care services or who just need some guidance navigating the system.

Facilitated by: Umbrella’s friendly Assessments Team

Who is this session for?

  • Clients who don’t currently have a referral for MyAgedCare
  • Community members who are struggling to access services
  • People who are not yet eligible for aged care services but want to know more
  • Anyone looking to sign up for MyAgedCare
  • Family, friends, neighbours – anyone who knows someone who may need extra help.

What to bring:

  • Your own device (if you have one)
  • Your questions – big or small, we’re here to help
