Looking to build confidence and life skills in the kitchen?

Our NDIS Inclusive Cooking Classes are a fun and supportive way for people with disability to learn cooking skills, kitchen safety, and healthy meal preparation.

Facilitated by Avas Support, these small group classes are designed for NDIS participants who want to gain independence, meet others, and build real-world skills.


What's Included:

  • Step-by-step guidance from our support team
  • Learn practical cooking skills
  • Safe, inclusive environment
  • Group discussion about meals, budgeting, healthy choices


Who Can Attend:

  • NDIS Participants (self-managed or plan-managed)
  • Adults and teens with disability
  • Support workers or carers are welcome to attend


Cost:

  • $10 Ingredients Fee per person, per class (payable on the day or via invoice)
  • NDIS Support Costs apply (billed separately through your plan)
