This workshop is for health care professionals who will perform neonatal resuscitation in an unexpected delivery and continue management until the Neonatal retriveal team arrives .

- Neonatal basic life support - as per ANZCOR guidelines
- Neonatal resuscitation equipment
- Neonatal advanced resuscitation skills (Medical staff/NPs only)
- Demonstrate umbilical vein catheter insertion under aseptic technique (Medical staff/ NPs only)
- Medications used in a resuscitation
- Communication and debrief
- Role allocations
- Documentation
- Simulation scenarios
