At Enkindle Consulting, we’ve been deeply engaged in planning and strategy around these significant changes in Home Care — and we’re ready to share our insights with you. Our online workshop will help you get a head start on your initial implementation plans, ensuring your organisation is well-prepared as we move into 2025. While not all the details of the model are finalised, this is your chance to identify and plan for the key implementation pieces so you can refine and act on it early in the new year.

About Jennene Buckley
Previously holding the CEO and Executive Director positions at Feros Care for 20 years, Jennene grew the business from a $3m annual turnover to a $100m Enterprise. Now, she is the founding Partner and Director of Enkindle Consulting, which exists to support Government, Peaks and Aged Care Providers through the next 5 years of Reform to create a world-class Aged Care System. Jennene is a Director of the Aged Care IT Council Board, Bond Universities Health Innovations Board, served on the National Aged Care Advisory Council and is a Digital Health Advisor with the Australian Digital Health Agency.
With almost 30 years in Health, Aged & Community Care industry, leading strategy, service design, digital transformation and innovation, Jennene is drawing on her extensive experience and up-to-date knowledge of the whole sector-wide Reform agenda to assist Boards and Senior Leaders in responding to the new changes, models, and requirements in Aged Care.
About Tash Edwards
With foundations in commercial banking and finance, Tash moved into the People Care industry and, for 11 years, has been leading next practice Workforce, Change Management and Consumer Experience teams within the Aged Care and Disability Industries. As a founding Partner and Director of Enkindle Consulting, Tash has worked with the Federal Government and supported Health, Aged Care, Employment and First Nation organisations on a range of projects in strategic workforce, leadership, culture, service deployment, product, design, change strategy and business improvement.
